Let's Work Together.

COVID19 Info

Your health and safety is important to us.  Chiropractic treatments are very “hands on” and we are in close proximity with our patients.  For your safety and ours please do your part to help us reduce exposure and transmission of COVID-19 / Coronavirus to all, whether you are in a high-risk category or not.  Please be advised we will screen your recent health history during all in-office visits prior to treatment. Our in-office policies and procedures are as follows:

Patient Visit Procedures

  • STAY HOME and reschedule your appointment if you have had any of the following:  cough, fever, shortness of breath, sore throat or new loss of sense of smell: Call your primary care physician for further guidance.
  • NO WALK-IN VISITS. To minimize in office contacts please stay in your vehicle and call 360-394-2000 for an appointment. We will call you back as soon as possible.
  • PLEASE AVOID ARRIVING EARLY TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.  This is to avoid lingering around others.  Come in from your vehicle just before your appointment time.
  • OPTIONAL AT THIS TIME – USE A MASK OR SIMILAR COVERING WHILE IN OFFICE.
  • PLEASE DO NOT LINGER IN OFFICE AFTER PAYMENT & SCHEDULING.

Staff Procedures

  • Increased scheduling time between visits to minimize crowding.
  • Continued use of masks and gloves for all patient / Dr. interactions will be used by staff at their discretion.  This will be necessary for the medium to long term.
  • Staff will monitor their health and/or test for COVID prior to each days shift if symptomatic. Hand washing plus hand sanitizer between patient contact will continue as has always been done.
  • Continued vigilant disinfecting of treatment tables, chairs, and other hard surfaces.  We use odorless Healthcare grade 1.4% Hydrogen Peroxide wipes made by Clorox or Lysol brand disinfecting wipes.
  • Continued vigilant disinfecting of bathroom, sink, office pens, counters, door handles etc.  Many of you know we have done this anyway, but we are extra vigilant and this may be more “visible”.
